Custu Giancu Farm

Description

Our farm is located in the panoramic setting of Val Cichero, dominated by Mount Ramaceto, an area cared for by its inhabitants, rich in hiking itineraries, but also in history.

Space

Here we have set up a small herd of Piedmontese dairy cows and calves for fattening and we can count on an olive grove of about 200 active plants. We also have some donkeys, chickens and two dogs.
Alongside our products, we also offer hospitality: here you will be far from the chaos of the city, without sacrificing comfort. The place is ideal for families (large green spaces, swimming pool, animals) and for those who do homeworking (wifi and silence). We are located about 20 minutes from the sea and near the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri: from here you can easily reach some destinations of great tourist interest such as the Cinque Terre, Portofino, Genoa.
The house that we provide, in chestnut wood and recently renovated stone, is part of a larger farmhouse dating back to the early 19th century, surrounded by greenery, which can accommodate up to 3 adults and a newborn baby in a cot, of a large wooden mezzanine, completely independent with equipped kitchen and dedicated toilets.
Our guests have at their disposal large outdoor areas to relax surrounded by nature, a small swimming pool during the summer season, a solarium area, a gazebo with a table for outdoor dining and a bbq. They can also take advantage of our products, which vary according to the season.

Things to know

Our main goal is to offer few products but of medium-high quality, respecting the sustainability of the production process, without this becoming intensive. We also have an eye for packaging, trying to avoid the use of plastic materials as much as possible and favoring glass, paper and cardboard.

Our main products are extra virgin olive oil, raw milk, meat and saffron.

We offer hospitality in a Nature House in chestnut wood and stone equipped with every comfort with large outdoor spaces to relax surrounded by nature, a swimming pool with solarium area, with sun loungers and reserved outdoor spaces for eating and cooking.

We periodically organize “Yoga and Nature” wellness days with the collaboration of a qualified teacher who combine yoga practice (Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra) with a visit to the farm animals and the tasting of typical local products.

By reservation we organize visits to the company for small groups with the possibility of agri-snack / aperitif, according to customizable requests.

We rent our outdoor spaces for events / experiences of various kinds (theatrical performances, literary events, music video recordings, painting and ceramics courses, team building activities etc…).
