Description

You will be far from the chaos of the city, without sacrificing comfort. Ideal for families (large green areas, swimming pool, animals) and for homeworkers (wifi and silence).
The house, recently renovated in wood and stone, is part of a larger farmhouse dating back to the early 1800s, in the panoramic setting of the Cichero valley: here is our farm, our magical place, which we hope will be able to convey the same emotions also to our guests.

Space

The house is on two floors: on the ground floor, living room with table, television and sofa (possibly adaptable to a single bed), bathroom with large shower and kitchen overlooking the olive grove. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob with electric oven, refrigerator with small freezer, dishwasher, kettle and hot plate; on the first floor there is a loft with exposed chestnut beams, a double bed and a single bed. Possibility of inserting a baby bed and availability of a seat booster.
In the cold season, the house is heated with a pellet stove located on the ground floor. The bathroom is additionally equipped with an electric heater.
In the summer season, guests have at their disposal a swimming pool (shallow) with sun loungers.
Guests will have a reserved outdoor area for dining (outside table in front of the house) and cooking (gazebo equipped with gas BBQ).

Things to Know

We are in the countryside, so it is sometimes possible to spot some wild animals in the areas surrounding the house.

The last stretch of road to get there (about 7 km) is a typical Ligurian road with curves and bottlenecks, but there is no need to be frightened: the road is traveled every day by private and commercial vehicles and by public transport ( including school buses), it is absolutely safe if you respect the speed limits.

Guests, in addition to the spaces dedicated exclusively to them, will have access to all the spaces surrounding the house, namely the BBQ near the apartment, the olive grove in front of the apartment, ideal for resting and sunbathing, the woods surrounding the property, which ends with a small stream where you can cool off.

We have always been very attentive to the cleanliness of our accommodation and the linen we provide, but now more than ever we are extremely scrupulous and adopt medical-surgical detergents and sanitizers for everyone's safety.
We gladly welcome your animals (max two small, one medium size), as long as they are polite and do not disturb the local fauna, which includes two dogs of an absolutely good-natured nature, cows, donkeys and chickens.
A Welcome kit and kitchen essentials are provided (sugar, salt, oil, coffee and tea bags / herbal teas).

You can also buy fresh milk, eggs, vegetables and extra virgin olive oil from us every day, based on availability.

Neighborhood

A short distance away there is a village shop for shopping, otherwise it is necessary to stock up further downstream. There are also typical trattorias and restaurants for lunches and dinners by reservation. In the house you will find all the information and telephone numbers.
We are located about 20 minutes from the sea and near the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri, so the place offers many possibilities, ideal for those who love walking, cycling, motorcycles or simply relaxing totally immersed in nature in the wide spaces around the home.
