PROGRAMME: 7pm starting with the guided TOUR of the SLATE QUARRY and rich APERITIF in the quarry in the company of DJ Roberto Rossi and his saxophone. Followed by DINNER in the beautiful, minimal chic room of the restaurant and a surprise after dinner DJ set to let loose on the dance floor.
