Description
We have been present in our valley since 1971, that is, since Ettore and Silvana decided to start a new adventure in their homeland. Ours is a family-run company that aims to offer traditional Ligurian and non-Ligurian confectionery products; respecting the principles of authenticity and simplicity
of ancient sweets. Our pandolci, our leavened pastries are all made with natural yeast, as they say
from us "with the growing" that we take care of every day with loving respect. In the small patisserie we try to use all the products that our Italy offers: Bari almonds, Chiavari mixed hazelnuts,
Bronte pistachios, Tuscan pine nuts ect., which give a particular flavor to our pastries without having to use additives. The precise imprint of following these rules is to give customers a valid reason to travel many kilometers to visit us.
