The Confraternity NS del Carmine di Monteghirfo was born around the middle of the 1800s. It is a partnership of brothers and sisters that takes care of the maintenance of peculiar traditions of the territories. Specifically, it is dedicated to keeping ancient woodworking methods alive and to the recovery of traditional holiday dishes.
